Shipping prices Germany, Italy, rest of Europe:

• Order value from 50 € = free shipping
• Standard S: 0,1 kg - 0,5 kg = 4,99 €
• Standard M: 0,51 kg - 2 kg = 8,89 €
• Standard L: 0,21 kg - 5 kg = 17,99 €

Shipping prices rest of Europe:

• Standard S: 0,1 kg - 0,5 kg = 4,99 €
• Standard M: 0,51 kg - 2 kg = 8,89 €
• Standard L: 0,21 kg - 5 kg = 17,99 €

Shipping prices Switzerland:

• Order value from 50 € = free shipping
• Standard Switzerland: up to 49,99 € and 2 kg = 12,70 €
• the customer duties go, as far as required, at the expense of the recipient

• Standard International: minimum order price 50 € , up to 2 kg = 19,99 € 
• the customer duties go, as far as required, at the expense of the recipient

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The ordered goods will be dispatched within 2 days after confirmed receipt of payment, if they are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, they will usually be produced within 8 days and then shipped immediately.

If the day of the confirmed receipt of payment falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

The supplier ships the goods from its own warehouse in Tuscany or in Germany. The customer will be informed immediately about the delivery time and any delays.

If the supplier has delivery obstacles or cannot deliver the goods due to force majeure, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments received will be refunded.
